Coffee Shipping Rates:

We offer FREE Shipping for all of our Coffee selection all over the United States!

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter wherever you live in the United States. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the highest responsiveness levels to you at all times.

Coffee Gear Shipping Rates:

  • For orders up to $100 a flat fee of $10 will be added for shipping and handling.
  • For orders over $100 a rate of about 10% will be added for shipping and handling.
  • This is only for the the coffee gear.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: 

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent out within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS. Delivery after processing and leaving the warehouse usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer or reach earlier from time to time.

What is Convoy OP?

We have teamed up with Convoy O.P.

When you place an order and checkout, you'll find a checkbox with an order protection.
by clicking it, a fee of $0.99 will be added to your order.

The benefits of having your order protected:

  • Protect your order shipments from loss, theft, or damage.
  • Get reorders or refunds if an issue occurs.
  • Quick and easy process.

You will receive an email to confirm your order is protected. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, just follow the instructions on the email to file a claim and we'll handle the rest!

Protecting an order is optional, but it is highly recommended.

 

International Shipping:

  • International Shipping will be available soon.

  • International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate.

  • We are not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries' legalities prior to purchase.

  • Coffee Gear is only shipped within the USA at the moment.
